Please note: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any e-liquids, atomizers, coils, or other consumable items once they have been opened or used.
Items Eligible for Return:
- Unopened and unused merchandise in its original packaging
- Items that are incorrect or damaged upon arrival (please see “Damaged or Incorrect Items” below)
Return Timeframe:
You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team by email at [email protected] or by phone at 075 9296 8700 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the Item Securely: Carefully pack the unopened and unused item in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your own peace of mind.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding any original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately by email or by phone within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect or damaged item and send you a replacement free of charge.
Exclusions:
- We cannot accept returns on any e-liquids, atomizers, coils, or other consumable items once they have been opened or used.
- We cannot accept returns on items that are not in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect.
